Well time is really flying! School is going great for us and we are having a blast. The only thing that has not been fun has been the heat and the humidity. I have never sweat so much in my life. Nevertheless, anything is better than cold weather and rain. This is a big week as Thursday is Fleming's birthday and also "sports day at school." Sport's day is when we close the school and all the teachers go to a mountain and play sports, hike and eat. Im not kidding, the school provides us a great meal and drinks and then puts us in teams to do battle. Im told there are three legged races, soccer-volleyball and other games. What a great birthday present for Fleming. I know how much she wanted to take part in feats of competition!!!! Its also my grandfather's birthday in Florida on this day so a big Happy Birthday to him if he is reading!
We have been taking part in welcome parties at school and loads more stuff. One both happy and sad moment was when we got to hang out with my old friend Sungwon and his new wife. He now lives in Australia and was in town visiting so I made sure I saw him. We went bowling and to a soccer game. It was great seeing a friend that I wasnt sure Id ever see again only to have that feeling all over again. I guess thats one of the truly sad things about meeting people abroad.
We still havent gotten our cell phones yet because we are broke and dont get paid until the start of August. However, we will then be millionaires! For those that asked what a normal weekday is like, here is the run down.
8am- Get up and head to the gym
11-start school and hang in the office
12 to 1- Lunch and coffee with our coworkers.
1-4 planning
4-7 teaching
7-8 planning and dinner at school and then heading home
It is a pretty good setup and situation. If you ever want to reach us through actual mail, its best to send it to our school. Here is the address.

Also, CNN just came to our city and did a story on it. I highly suggest watching it. The link has three seperate parts so you can see what makes this place so amazing. I hope you enjoy and can better understand why we are here.

We hope you all are well and love you.
Well, our first vegan meal. It was awesome! I cant believe Im saying that...Thanks Dave and Meg!
A lit up part of town by our school. No big deal.
The cardio portion of our little gym.
Street performers at the beach by our house. So much fun.
At our welcome party, we had to give three speeches and then take three straight shots of the infamous soju tower. This is what happens when your Korean coworkers, nearly all women, take you out...
Some of my Korean coworkers at dinner.
Bowling with Sungwon and his wife. Yes, Fleming bowled a 49.....I didnt know that was possible.
The stage of our church. This is where music is played and pastor Dan talks. Our pastor actually when to college in Columbia, South Carolina. Pretty crazy huh?
